Sunday Stash

I've been coveting the Dr. Seuss fabric for quite some time and finally got around to ordering some for myself.  Now, I just need to figure out what to make with it.  I'm intending to make a quilt for a little someone I know who will be turning one in May.  Plenty of time to do a small quilt.  

Any idea what I should make?  I have the Dr. Seuss panels as well as these fabrics.  I'm thinking some log cabins or something similar.  Maybe some wonky stars with a fussy cut center.  Not sure what to do with the panels, yet or how those might work into the design.
